Everything in life has an energy pattern. From the smallest molecule to the largest planet. Einstein said "Energy is an essence of life that forms it's existence, fades, restructures it's form, and then lives again". Doesn't that describe reincarnation and the process of the soul?
Where does this energy come from? Again, Einstein theorized that all energy has a sound, a color and an intensity unique unto itself.
Example:
Look at a flame, the brown or black smoke created by the flame, has it's own warmth and sound as it travels up ward through a chimney. The warmer yellow flames that flicker on the edges of the fire and hotter reds that flow beneath them both have a certain sound. The more intense blues that hover just above the burning embers can whistle with heat as they produce their glowing light. But the most intense part of a flame, the one part that encompasses all the others, is white.
Sort of makes you think about that Divine White light everyone talks about. The Divine energy is after all the collection of everything.
Energy has several characteristics that we can recognize and work with. It generates a vibration, which in turn creates a sound and a color. For instance, when scientists talk about the frequency of a certain type of energy, they are talking about it's sound.
Einstein also gave us a clue for creating energy. He said "Thought is energy. To create it, just use your imagination. " To make a connection to the higher forces, you can use visualization. You can imagine it happening and indeed you are creating the energy gateway to make it happen. Have you ever thought about a friend and then had that person call you? We make connections with each other all time with energy and we don't even know it. Why not make a connection to our higher spiritual mind in the same way?
Through visualization, you can hope for a thing, wish for a thing, even dream about it and each of these methods will put that energy out into the Universe to allow it to manifest. But this isn't a new idea, doesn't the Christian Bible say "Ask and you shall receive." Prayers, meditations, even creative visualizations all work under the same principals.
