Healthy Food For Healthy Body... very Informative..
BROCCOLI – CANCER
Close-up, the tiny green tips on a broccoli head look like hundreds of cancer cells. Now scientists know this disease-busting veg can play a crucial role in preventing the disease. Last year, a team of researchers at the US National Cancer Institute found just a weekly serving of broccoli was enough to reduce the risk of prostate cancer by 45 per cent. In Britain , prostate cancer kills one man every hour.
MUSHROOM – EAR
Slice a mushroom in half and it resembles the shape of the human ear.
And guess what? Adding it to your cooking could actually improve your hearing.
That's because mushrooms are one of the few foods in our diet that contain vitamin D. This particular vitamin is important for healthy bones, even the tiny ones in the ear that transmit sound to the brain.
BANANA (SMILE) – DEPRESSION
Cheer yourself up and put a smile on your face by eating a banana.
The popular fruit contains a protein called tryptophan. Once it has been digested, tryptophan then gets converted in a chemical neurotransmitter called serotonin..
This is one of the most important mood-regulating chemicals in the brain and most anti-depressant drugs work by adjusting levels of serotonin production.
Higher levels are associated with better moods.
GINGER – STOMACH
Root ginger, commonly sold in supermarkets, often looks just like the stomach.
So it's interesting that one of its biggest benefits is aiding digestion. The Chinese have been using it for over 2,000 years to calm the stomach and cure nausea, while it is also a popular remedy for motion sickness. But the benefits could go much further. Tests on mice at the University of Minnesota found injecting the chemical that gives ginger its flavour slowed down the growth rate of bowel tumours.
CHEESE – BONES
A nice 'holey' cheese, like Emmenthal, is not just good for your bones, it even resembles their internal structure. And like most cheeses, it is a rich source of calcium, a vital ingredient for strong bones and reducing the risk of osteoporosis later in life. Together with another mineral called phosphate, it provides the main strength in bones but also helps to 'power' muscles. Getting enough calcium in the diet during childhood is crucial for strong bones. A study at Columbia University in New York showed teens who increased calcium intake from 800mg a day to 1200mg – equal to an extra two slices of cheddar - boosted their bone density by six per cent.
BEANSPROUTS – SPERM
The stir-fry favourite bears an uncanny resemblance to the images we see of 'swimming' sperm trying to fertilise an egg. And research from the US suggests they could play an important part in boosting male fertility. A study at the Cleveland Clinic in Ohio showed that to make healthy sperm in large quantities, the body needs a good supply of vitamin C, a powerful antioxidant that protects cells against damage by harmful molecules called free radicals.. Just half a cup of bean sprouts provides 16 per cent of the recommended daily allowance of vitamin C for a man.
It's not just dad but baby too who could benefit. Bean sprouts are packed with folate, a vitamin that prevents neural tube defects, where the baby is born with a damaged brain or spine.
GRAPES – LUNGS
OUR lungs are made up of branches of ever-smaller airways that finish up with tiny bunches of tissue called alveoli. These structures, which resemble bunches of grapes, allow oxygen to pass from the lungs to the blood stream. One reason that very premature babies struggle to survive is that these alveoli do not begin to form until week 23 or 24 of pregnancy. A diet high in fresh fruit, such as grapes, has been shown to reduce the risk of lung cancer and emphysema. Grape seeds also contain a chemical called proanthocyanidin, which appears to reduce the severity of asthma triggered by allergy.
..knowledge of ehalthy food relates to our body is part of the creation for all beings in this planet...

The Five Elements
The people of the ancient world considered the universe to be constructed from the four elements of Earth, Water, Air, and Fire, or solid, liquid, gas, as we now refer to the basic states of matter, along with pure energy. These elements also had psycho-physiologica l correlates that were evident as personal temperaments. Thus, a person might be described as melancholic, phlegmatic, sanguine, or choleric. In the Magical Personality system, an individual is considered to demonstrate aspects of all four elements. We all have some degree of sensuality, emotion, intellect, and drive, but for everyone the mix is different, resulting in numerous personality types. Earth We are embodied and thus part of the physical world. Inevitably, then, we have a relationship with the physical world and demonstrate "Earthy" traits of sensuousness, caution, practicality, pragmatism, precision, and discipline, as well as stubbornness, dogmatism, inflexibility, intolerance, compulsivity, and depression. Earth types often believe that they are their physical bodies; consequently, they have an underlying fear of physical death. Water We are composed almost entirely of water and can live only a few days without it. The surface of the planet is two-thirds water. Life began in the primeval ocean and we develop in the watery womb. Inevitably we have a relationship with water and demonstrate "Watery" traits of emotionalism, empathy, kindness, sympathy, love, gentleness, sociability, nurturing, and intuition, as well as moodiness, capriciousness, possessiveness, neediness, sentimentality, and irrationality. Water types often believe that they are their feelings; hence, they exhibit a nebulous sense of self and fear solitude. Air Without air, we would die within minutes. Our relationship with this element is therefore intense and beset by uncertainty. We all exhibit "Airy" traits of rationalism, logic, intellect, analysis, judgement, curiosity, openness, ethics, fairness, and humanitarianism, as well as superiority, coldness, distance, abstraction, emotional illiteracy, naiveté, and prejudice. Air types often believe that they are their minds, and they cling to theories that make sense of both themselves and the world. Fire Fire refers to the life force, the spiritual energy that animates us, and the motivation without which we would be inactive and die. We all exhibit "Firey" traits of urgency, drive, passion, enthusiasm, ambition, intensity, creativity, optimism, and progressiveness, as well as egocentricity, selfishness, recklessness, impulsiveness, ruthlessness, aggression, and insensitivity. Fire types often believe that they are their achievements, and so they strive desperately to succeed and constantly monitor their progress as evidence of their worth. Quintessence This is the pure element from which the traditional four were derived. The four are unstable and antagonistic, so the more balanced they are, the more balanced the personality, and the less prone the individual is to psychological disturbance. The Magical Personality is designed to reveal the relative strength of each element and offers ways to develop the weaker aspects of the personality. |
Strengthen Your Magick by Learning Your Personal Color Key
By Melanie Fire SalamanderAs I write, the deep green-blue of earliest dawn fades to clear royal blue, which lifts to a hovering grey that turns peach-yellow. Goddess Aurora, the herald of the sun, washes the east with color as every day begins. For the sighted, color defines the first visual experiences of life. Before we see shapes, we see dappled colors moving before our infant eyes. From these shifting colors, the forms and the meanings of our lives come into focus. Yet often, pagans take the color meanings for our magick from tables of correspondences. The rich traditional associations for color can certainly help drive your workings. But to work my own color magick, I have found it useful to discover the color meanings that already lie in my own deep symbol-speaking subconscious -- the personal meanings that my deep self has accumulated for each color over my lifetime, and perhaps before. My teachers and my own work have shown me that the deep self is one of the main drivers of magick, and I find that my deep color resonances affect what my magick brings me. You too will probably discover that what your deep self associates with each color has resonances that affect your magick. To discover your own personal meanings for colors, try the simple meditation following. Color Meditation1. Choose the colors you want to meditate on. For my work, I chose five: orange, green, red, yellow and blue. 2. Find a pure, unpatterned example of each color. I worked with sheets of colored construction paper, but use whatever you have handy, for example magazine pictures or plastic color gels. For best results, choose unmixed colors, without too much black or white muddying or clouding the tone. I chose colors that were all of similar intensity. 3. Cut a medium-sized, rectangular swatch of each color, say about five inches tall and three inches wide. 4. Set up your space for meditation. Find a comfortable place where you won't be disturbed; take the phone off the hook and if necessary shut out your pets. Make sure an even light falls where you will place each color swatch, so you get the best visual image of each. 5. Set the first color swatch at easy eye-level for meditation, and set the others so that they're ready to trade for the first swatch. 6. Ground, center and get into light trance. 7. Meditate on each color swatch in turn for five to ten minutes, enough time that you feel that you've worked through all the meanings your deep self has to bring forward for you. Write down your results, if you so desire. My ResultsOne reason I'm glad I performed this meditation is that I didn't always get what I expected from each color, as you'll see. Orange, I found, raised my energy immediately. It made me feel tense and nervous; the feeling was intense and unpleasant. That didn't throw me, but I was a little surprised at how quickly I felt the energy change and how negative it was, because when just looking at the color I liked it. Green also changed my energy level immediately and strongly -- I felt a strong, pleasurable sexual sensation in my groin, most intense about the level of my ovaries. The color warmed me up physically, and I felt an almost smug pleasure. I had an image of the woods and thought of the god Pan. I felt horny, but not for anyone specifically -- just that energy, without an object. I've found that green correspondingly works for me in love and sex magick. (Note that, for best karmic results, it's best not to work love or sex magick to change another person's will, but rather work to let the universe bring you your best partner or partners, whomever that may be.) Orange and green were probably the biggest energy changers of all for me. Red wasn't as intense for me as green or orange. I felt a slight headache, and a change of emotion rather than a strong change in physical energy. The emotion I felt was one of yearning or longing, not so much mine as of an ancient tragedy. I had an image of smoke over a battlefield, and I thought of the goddess the Morrigan. That was interesting to me, because I've always consciously associated red with love: Valentine hearts. Yellow was moderately intense, more so than red, not as much as green or orange. I liked yellow. It raised my energy in a positive way, made me feel cheerful and made me smile. I thought of grassy lanes in sunlight. Blue I found trancing; it had a reverberatory effect. It didn't change my energy as the other colors had, because blue had for me the same deep thrumming energy as meditation itself. Blue did intensify and deepen my meditation, and I felt it strongly in my heart chakra. Its strength was on a par with yellow.
Your Own WorkYou don't have to work with the same colors I did, of course. Try meditating on the colors that you like best or that repel you, and find out why you react that way. If you like, you can use meditation to clear a color of negative meanings -- simply bring that color up in your mind's eye and run neutral cleansing energy through it until its energy changes. When visualizing color, I have found it best to work with transparent colors; if you find muddiness or cloudiness in a color you're working with, try running cleansing energy through it. Check in with colors over time -- you may find that their meanings change for you. Once you know your personal color meanings, try using those in your magick. Find out which colors mean willpower or cheerfulness for you, and wear those to draw those feelings to you, or incorporate them in spell-work. If orange helps you concentrate, use it for your computer desktop and in spells about mental tasks. If blue or purple calms you and makes you trancy, paint your meditation room with it. If a clear pink means sex to you, dress your love rituals and your boudoir accordingly. Knowing your own personal color associations will make color an even more useful tool in your magickal toolbox. ( If you cant meditate... try using your pendulum instead to figure out your color.. winson say he he he!!!!! ) |
Unconditional Love
Unconditional Love, two words everyone uses but only a few people in the world really understand Love and can truly describe the energies of Love. Ever fewer have "True Knowledge" of what it means to give Unconditional Love to another person. Before describing Unconditional Love, we must first define the energies of Love and exactly what is Love. When someone says they Love you, what does this really mean, what does a person actually give of themselves when they say they Love another. Love can best be understood by realizing that what Albert Einstein sought to finish his Unified Field Theory, was Love. Einstein theorized there was a basic underlying substance from which everything in Creation is formed. This basic substance of all reality is really God's Unconditional Love. All Creation is created from sub-atomic Golden Spheres. It is these Golden Spheres which form the foundation for all Light, energy and matter in Creation. These Golden Spheres of God's Unconditional Love are constantly "breathed" into Creation by Mother Father Creator God of All That Is to sustain Creation and so that we and God may experience Creation. These sub-atomic Golden Spheres are in reality the basic building blocks of all atoms and molecules. These Golden Spheres are the reason why it is said that God is everywhere, and the reason why ancient scriptures say we have never left God. Golden Spheres radiate Love as they search for Unity Consciousness in Creation. In their search for Unity, they combine together in Love into specific arrangements, called Golden Flower of Life Spheres. Individual Golden Spheres have awareness. However, when a group of spheres gather together into a Golden Flower of Life Sphere, they create the lowest level of self aware consciousness in Creation. Golden Flower of Life Spheres then gather together in large groups to form individual and group consciousnesses. After billions of years, Creation evolves into the multiplicity of consciousnesses contained in a Universe. Individual and group consciousnesses range from the 12th dimensional group consciousness of the Central Sun of our Universe, down through the various levels of densification to our 3rd dimensional reality which we see contains an amazing assortment of individual consciousnesses. Human bodies are recyclable vehicles to enable our consciousness of spiritual energies to experience 3rd dimensional realities. Our total consciousness, that whom we really are, consists of a series of spiritual energy fields which surround our human physical body. These energy fields are our consciousness. Our consciousness is comprised of immense numbers of the sub-atomic Golden Flower of Life Spheres. Each individual Golden Flower of Life Sphere equals one unit of consciousness. The level of consciousness of any individual is determined by adding up the total number of Golden Flower of Life Spheres within their spiritual energy fields. The human physical body has awareness but not consciousness. The body becomes aware of itself from the energy interactions between the body's pineal gland and brain. The pineal gland contains the physical body's awareness. The pineal gland connects to one's consciousness and spiritual energy fields through a densified portion of one's consciousness. This densified portion of a person's consciousness is located in one's higher heart chakra and was called the "Soul" in ancient times. (Jesus taught this information 2,000 years ago but the Roman Emperor's censorship personnel eliminated this form of "esoteric" information when they compiled what is called the "New Testament of the Bible"). This densified portion of consciousness, the "Soul", is located in a person's higher heart chakra and is part of the physical body's subtle body nervous system. A person's subtle body nervous system consists of chakras, the "Soul", a pranic tube and pranic energy centers. Prana is an ancient name given to these Golden Spheres which are the direct manifestations of God's Unconditional Love into Creation. Our physical bodies require prana. These Golden Spheres are the miraculous substance which enables a human physical body to regenerate itself. Our physical bodies need to constantly replace the billions of human body cells which die each day with billions of new live cells. It is prana which is the base substance that is used to create new cells. Prana can be infused into one's physical body in a variety of ways. Large numbers of these Golden Spheres are also the key to Ascension. When one prays or meditates, one's spiritual energy fields expand with Golden Spheres or prana. These expansions of one's consciousness lead to Personal Ascensions. Personal Ascension occurs when one's spiritual energy fields, or consciousness, are full of Golden Flower of Life Spheres. There are two ways to gain Golden Flower of Life Spheres for Personal Ascension. The taking of Golden Flower of Life Spheres from others for one's Personal Ascension is called Service to self, or the path of darkness. The other Ascension method uses personal meditation and/or prayer along with the helping of others. Adherents on this path of Ascension receive their Golden Flower of Life Spheres direct from God. This method is called the path of Service to others or that of the Forces of Light. Individuals in Service to others, first fill their own spiritual energy fields with Golden Spheres and Golden Flower of Life Spheres. When their consciousnesses are complete, they are then able to properly teach others how to gain these incredibly powerful and precious gifts of consciousness. Personal Ascensions of those in the Forces of Light begin when they are able to connect with God in "unceasing prayer", or "unceasing meditation – Mahasamadhi", 24 hours a day. The giving of Love consists of the giving of Golden Flower of Life Spheres. Thus, when a person gives Love to another, they actually give parts of their own consciousness, their own Golden Flower of Life Spheres from their spiritual energy fields to another. This is why Love is the most precious gift that one person can give to another. Lovers send Golden Spheres of Love to each other, until the Love stops. When Love stops coming from one, the giving of Love soon stops coming from the other. Unconditional Love is quite different. Unconditional Love can only be given by a person who is living within an Unconditional Love state of consciousness. The giving of Unconditional Love builds a "Tunnel of Love" which connects two people. One sends their Golden Flower of Life Spheres constantly through this "Tunnel of Love" to the other, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This Love is Unconditional and it continues to flow whether or not the other ever sends Love in return. |
What stage of your spiritual ascension are ? Wanna find out ? read on then...
What stage of Lightworker Ascension are you? Take the quiz
15-20= If you are over the age 25, you may or may not still be a lightworker, but you are very gifted. If you are under the age 25 you have yet to discover many things. 20-30= You may be experancing some change if you are aged 12-25. You may also have become more aware of your senses. 30-40= You are on your way to becoming a new lightworker, but do things slow, and always from your heart and soul. Basic Definition of a lightworker: A lightworker is a very gifted, talanted person. They have special gifts like; Healing, clairvoyancey, meduimship and other personal gifts. You are a lightworker if you feel called to heal others; want to resolve the world's social and environmental problems; believe that spiritual methods can heal any situation; feel compelled to write, teach, or counsel others; and know that you are here for a higher purpose, even if you are unsure what it is or how to fulfill it. Right now, lightworkers are awakening to faint memories of their divine life missions. They hear an inner calling that can't be ignored. This call is a reminder that it is now time to get to work in healing the planet and its population. Very often, however, life on Earth, with its material temptations, creates a form of amnesia in lightworkers. A lightworker is an individual who is not necessarily religious, but one who is spiritual. A person who believes in wholistic living. Takes an interest in the environment and the health of the planet- body, mind, and spirit. Feels incomplete without helping others in some capacity. A person who feels like they were born for some mission to complete, but may not know what it is. There is an ongoing sense of urgency to complete the mission. Many lightworkers have psychic abilities and may use these to help others. Often times, the lightworker may feel a bit isolated or different, as others seem engrossed in ego-based pursuits. Deep within lightworkers' hearts and guts, they have a sense of time urgency. This feeling calls on the lightworker to help the world in a spiritual way, and to do so immediately. Most lightworkers are aware that they are "different" from others. They are extremely sensitive individuals who have been teased for being "too sensitive", "weird", or "know-it-alls. " With love and lights, Hope all of you readers have an insight to htese phenomena that is happening in your mind body and soul . As we all know, spirituality is something which our mind cannot seem to be able to apprehend what beyond our physical world ... mainly our 3D earth. Being spiritual also means to increase your awareness and inner senses through effort of understanding your mind and positively practicing loving kindness, compassionate heart and understanding the nature of human life. Combining all these, you will be able to see the truth that is beyond our mind comprehension. The real you will be revealed in no time. Thank you for reading..... Cinnamon - a spice for lowering blood sugar
That lovely fragrance of cinnamon comes from the bark of the cinnamon tree, a moderately large evergreen that is native to Sri Lanka. It has been around for at least 2000 years. According to the Bible, Moses used cinnamon to make holy oil (Exodus 20:33). Legend has it that the emperor, Nero, burned a year's supply of cinnamon at his wife's funeral. Cinnamon, known botanically as Cinnamomum zeylanicum, has the ability to have a positive effect on blood sugar and cholesterol. Aside from adding spice and being inexpensive and easy to obtain, cinnamon's glory may lie in its ability to regulate blood sugar. The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) has published several cinnamon studies on human beings. Findings report that about one half teaspoon a day results in an impressive improvement in blood sugar. Cinnamon works by enhancing the body's ability to use the insulin it already produces, especially in muscle tissue. Cinnamon has also demonstrated a highly beneficial impact on cholesterol. Specifically, it lowers the LDL, more commonly known as the "bad cholesterol." Across the board, cinnamon is known to ease intestinal cramps, relieve gas, promote movement of food through the digestive system and act as a muscle relaxant. It has obtained some popularity as a method to relieve both menstrual and night time leg cramps as well. Another helpful property of cinnamon is its antibacterial effect. It is especially useful for fighting intestinal germs. Some people claim it can ward off mild food poisoning. The only form of cinnamon that is truly useful for humans is powdered bark, in capsule form. The oil contains compounds that can be harmful. Doses of 1000mg daily have been shown to make a difference in both blood sugar and LDL. Consumers need to know that the powdered cinnamon found in supermarkets is far too old to have any healing benefit. The most efficacious method for cinnamon intake is a commercial preparation designed for that purpose. Although the oil can be harmful to humans if ingested regularly, it is useful in other ways. Just as cinnamon fights intestinal "bugs", it also fights the real thing. A few drops of cinnamon oil on strips of white cotton ribbon, white cotton bias tape or plain paper towels hung in windows can be an effective insect repellent. Cinnamon should be part of a daily eating plan, suggests A. Kahn, M.D., a diabetes researcher who has studied the effects of cinnamon on blood sugar. For the best effects, however, it takes more than a sprinkle on your morning oatmeal. |
Vitamin D - Reduces back pain and cancer
Dear NaturalNews readers, Scientists have found out what really causes cancer. And guess what? It's exactly as we've been talking about here on NaturalNews for years. Cancer is caused by a miscommunication between cells that allows them to grow in an incontrolled manner, unbridled by their neighboring cells which are calling for the cancerous cells to self-terminate. But there's one amazing nutrient that allows cells to re-establish healthy communication, ending the cancerous growth and halting cancer before it can really get started. That nutrient, not surprisingly, is vitamin D. Today's feature story by Sherry Baker reveals what western scientists have now discovered about vitamin D, and why it is the answer for preventing cancer: Low Vitamin D May Be Root Cause of Cancer (NaturalNews) What initially causes cancer to develop? The current scientific model assumes that a genetic mutation begins the genesis of a malignancy. But what if that assumption is wrong and there's another key to the start of cancer? Also: Vitamin D Reduces Back Pain and Osteoporosis Vitamin D is known to build strong bones. Research has now shown its effectiveness in reducing back pain as well as in preventing osteoporosis. Vitamin D is important in maintaining the healthy calcium and phosphorus levels that are needed... Vitamin D is known to build strong bones. Research has now shown its effectiveness in reducing back pain as well as in preventing osteoporosis. Vitamin D is important in maintaining the healthy calcium and phosphorus levels that are needed to build healthy bones and teeth. Known as "the sunshine vitamin" because it is produced in the body when exposed to sun, new evidence shows that vitamin D has an analgesic effect on chronic musculoskeletal pain, functioning as a hormone in various tissues. Vitamin D is a fat-soluble micronutrient. It is available in some foods, but one of the best ways to obtain vitamin D is via exposure to ultraviolet rays (UVB) in sunlight, absorbed through the skin. Many people are deficient in this nutrient. Sun exposure north of New York and San Francisco, even in the summer months, is not effective in producing vitamin D in the skin because the rays are not strong enough, so supplementation is required. Though it is called a vitamin, its function is actually a prohormone. Food sources of vitamin D are small boned fish and grains. Deficiency of vitamin D causes rickets. In 22 studies of vitamin D, conducted with 3,670 participants, 48% to 100% of those with musculoskeletal pain displayed vitamin D deficiencies. With supplementation, almost all reported a lessening or complete elimination of bone and muscle pain. Another study of 360 participants with back pain showed that all had insufficient levels of vitamin D, and 95% showed relief after three months of supplementation, assuming there was no injury, such as a slipped disc. A study at the University of Minnesota noted that the majority of those with severe deficiency were under the age of 30. Studies of over 40,000 participants taking vitamin D showed a reduction in hip fractures by 18%. Most researches agree that the current guideline for vitamin D consumption (600 IU) is insufficient. New guidelines suggest 2400 IU to 2800 IU daily. Others suggest intake of up to 4,000 IU a day along with 1,000 mg of calcium, to help build bones. There are few drug interactions, and few instances of overdosing. Dosages of 50,000 over an extended period of time are not recommended. Vitamin D supplementation is inexpensive, costing pennies a day. With eight out of ten people reporting back pain in their lifetimes, vitamin D supplementation is a must. This simple nutritional supplement can inexpensively prevent and maintain healthy bones and muscle tone. What initially causes cancer to develop? The current scientific model assumes that a genetic mutation begins the genesis of a malignancy. But what if that assumption is wrong and there's another key to the start of cancer? Scientists at the Moores Cancer Center at the University of California (UC) in San Diego have raised that possibility. And they've come up with another, brand new model of how cancer develops. Reporting online in the current Annals of Epidemiology, they point to a host of research that suggests cancer develops when cells lose the ability to stick together in a healthy, normal way -- and the key factor to this initial triggering of a malignancy could well be a lack of vitamin D. In the article, Cedric Garland, DrPH, professor of family and preventive medicine at the UC San Diego School of Medicine, and his research team explain that previous theories associating vitamin D with many cancers have been tested and confirmed in over 200 epidemiological studies. In addition, more than 2,500 laboratory studies have been conducted that provide an understanding of the physiological basis of vitamin D's link to cancer. According to Dr. Garland, researchers have documented that with enough vitamin D present, cells adhere to one another in tissue and act as normal, mature epithelial cells. But if there is a deficiency of vitamin D, cells can lose this stick-to-each other quality, as well as their identity as differentiated cells. The result? They may revert to a dangerous stem cell-like state and become cancerous. In a statement to the media, Dr. Garland suggested that much of the process that starts cancer in the first place could be stopped at the outset by maintaining enough vitamin D in the body. "Vitamin D may halt the first stage of the cancer process by re-establishing intercellular junctions in malignancies having an intact vitamin D receptor," he said. And, he added, that if diet and supplements restore appropriate levels of vitamin D, the development of cancer might be prevented. According to Dr. Garland, vitamin D levels can be easily increased, if needed, by modest supplementation with vitamin D3 in the range of 2000 IU/day. The "cure" for cancer already exists This new model of cancer's cause has been dubbed DINOMIT by Dr. Garland and his colleagues. Each letter stands for a different phase of cancer development: "D" refers to disjunction, or loss of communication between cells; "I" is for initiation, where genetic mutations begin to play a role; "N" refers to natural selection of the fastest-reproducing cancer cells; "O" is a for overgrowth of cells; "M" stands for metastasis, the spread of a malignancy to other tissues; "I" refers to involution and "T" for transition, both dormant states that may occur in cancer and can potentially be altered by increasing vitamin D. "Competition and natural selection among disjoined cells within a tissue compartment, such as might occur in the breast's terminal ductal lobular unit, for example, are the engine of cancer," Dr.Garland said in the press statement. "The DINOMIT model provides new avenues for preventing and improving the success of cancer treatment." In their Annals of Epidemiology report, the UC scientists point to a host of studies that show an apparent beneficial effect of vitamin D (and, to some extent, calcium) on cancer risk and survival of patients with breast, colorectal and prostate cancer. In fact, Dr. Garland and his team have published epidemiological studies about the potential preventive effects of vitamin D for some twenty years. In 2008, Dr. Garland and his colleagues found an association between a lack of sunlight exposure, low vitamin D and breast cancer. In earlier work, they showed linkages between increased levels of vitamin D3 or markers of vitamin D and a lower risk for breast, colon, ovarian and kidney cancers, too. As reported earlier in Natural News, clues about a possible cause-and-effect association between a lack of vitamin D and cancer's development have rapidly accumulated over the past few years. For example, researchers have found that women who are deficient in vitamin D at the time they are diagnosed with breast cancer are nearly 75 percent more likely to die from the disease than women with sufficient vitamin D levels. Moreover, their cancer is twice as likely to metastasize to other parts of the body Healthy levels of vitamin D have been found to slash the risk of numerous cancers by 77 percent. So take more Calcium and Usana product that has incorporate Vitamin D that is a very good preventive measure to cancer and bone problem. take 4 /day Winson... with love and lights... |

Color Theraphy ..... Good Kowledge
It has been known for eons of time that color plays a major role in setting up a particular mood or state of mind. Color does affect one's feelings, moods, and emotions.
Colors are certain wavelengths of electro-magnetic energy seen through our eyes. The color we see is the part of the visible spectrum that is reflected back by a certain object. We know that when all colors join the result is white light. Therefore working with White Light brings about completeness, oneness, union of all complementary parts. Colors affect us in different ways:
Before examining color and its healing implications, we must address a very important concept: that of cause and effect. True healing comes about when the cause of the condition or illness is addressed and transformed. If healing goes no further than a mere relief or masking of the symptoms, then, eventually, that which brought about the need for healing, in the first place, will resurface and manifest itself within the body in one form or another. Body is an outward expression of that which is taking place within the mind, the soul (subconscious) , and the spirit (superconscious) of the individual. Thus, any healing technique which deals only with the physical body and the energy field of the individual tends to accomplish one thing: it jump starts the individual, so to speak, and gives him or her an added boost of energy. That energy boost then allows that person's own internal healing mechanism to become mobilized into greater activity. Keeping this in mind, let us look at how color can help jump-start the tired or diseased body. Color healing, known as Chromotherapy, can be implemented in a number of ways. The ancients built great halls of color healing, where individuals entered and were bathed in light that was filtered through various colored glass panels or windows. Energy (spiritual) healers often supplement their healing work with color healing. As they lay their hands on the patient, they mentally direct specific color rays into the patient's aura and body. Oftentimes, the color used is inspired by the superconscious. In healing colors act as balancers: we administer the color(s) someone needs more of, or we give the opposite of the color someone has too much of. Color ChartA preference for certain colors can point at two things:
An aversion against certain colors gives information as well. Possible explanations are given in the chart.
The point to remember concerning color therapy - is that complete healing generally comes about through sometype of internal transformation. Heal the mind and the body will, surely, follow suit. With love and lights, Winson |

God provided us with awesome bodies capable of healing themselves and resisting tremendous strains. He provided all the foods we need to keep our bodies healthy. He even left clue in some of the foods to let us know they were especially good for certain organs and parts of the body. The chart below shows some examples. A sliced Carrot looks like the human eye. The pupil, iris and radiating lines look just like the human eye - and science now shows carrots greatly enhance blood flow to and function of the eyes. A Tomato has four chambers and is red. The heart has four chambers and is red. All of the research shows tomatoes are loaded with lycopine and are indeed pure heart and blood food. Grapes hang in a cluster that has the shape of the heart. Each grape looks like a blood cell and all of the research today shows grapes are also profound heart and blood vitalizing food. A Walnut looks like a little brain, a left and right hemisphere, upper cerebrums and lower cerebellums. Even the wrinkles or folds on the nut are just like the neo-cortex. We now know walnuts help develop more than three (3) dozen neuron-transmitters for brain function. Kidney Beans actually heal and help maintain kidney function and they look exactly like the human kidneys. Celery, Bok Choy, Rhubarb and many more look just like bones. These foods specifically target bone strength. Bones are 23% sodium and these foods are 23% sodium. If you don't have enough sodium in your diet, the body pulls it from the bones, thus making them weak. These foods replenish the skeletal needs of the body. Avocadoes, Eggplant and Pears target the health and function of the womb and cervix of the female - they look just like these organs. Today's research shows that when a woman eats one avocado a week, it balances hormones, sheds unwanted birth weight, and prevents cervical cancers. And how profound is this? It takes exactly nine (9) months to grow an avocado from blossom to ripened fruit. There are over 14,000 photolytic chemical constituents of nutrition in each one of these foods (modern science has only studied and named about 141 of them). Figs are full of seeds and hang in twos when they grow. Figs increase the mobility of male sperm and increase the numbers of Sperm as well to overcome male sterility. Sweet Potatoes look like the pancreas and actually balance the glycemic index of diabetics. Olives assist the health and function of the ovaries. Oranges, Grapefruits, and other Citrus fruits look just like the mammary glands of the female and actually assist the health of the breasts and the movement of lymph in and out of the breasts. Onions look like the body's cells. Today's research shows onions help clear waste materials from all of the body cells. They even produce tears which wash the epithelial layers of the eyes. A working companion, Garlic, also helps eliminate waste materials and dangerous free radicals from the body. There are many other delicious fruits and vegetables God has provided for us all the things we need for a healthy body. One example is honey, often called the perfect food because of the many healing properties associated with it. Salt water, while we can't drink it, has many healing properties for our outside bodies; a salt water bath, for instance, is very soothing and healing for sore muscles. Salt water is also a great source for iodine. Everything we need was provided long before we were ever created. Researchers are just beginning to uncover that all we needed was here all along. Even theformulas for our drugs begin from foods that have healing properties. |

Cutting the Psychic Energy Chords
BY: Kaleah LaRoche It is becoming more and more evident that there is an invisible web of energy tying us all together. This Web of energy is talked about in books such as "The Field" by Lynne McTaggart, "What You Can Feel You Can Heal," by John Gray, "The Celestine Prophecy" by James Redfield, and even movies like "The Secret" and "What the Bleep Do We Know." We know that we are affected by unseen forces. For example, we don't see the wind or the air we breathe. We don't see viruses in the air, or bacteria on our food. Similarly we don't see the invisible thread of energy that goes between ourselves and those we relate with on a daily basis. I began understanding the psychic connection between people about ten years ago although I've known about it on some level most of my life. I was on a massage table having some energy work done and my therapist said there were so many psychic chords attached to me that he needed to get out the lawn mower. It was a sort of joke between us. Normally when one performs a chord cutting exercise he uses an imaginary sword or scissors. Right as the energy worker went over my psychic energy field with the lawn mower my narcissistic boyfriend jumped up from the waiting room he was in and came running in angry and disoriented. The next day another emotionally vampiric ex-boyfriend contacted me by Email and so did his ex-wife, and his daughter. I was amazed at the power of this rather simple process. Those who had been disconnected felt me on some level and made contact with me in effort to re-connect. Earlier that same month a woman, who could see energy, saw a hose like chord going from me to my boyfriend and said that he was sucking my energy. As I began studying narcissism and its psychic affects on the victim, I could see the power those psychic chords had on influencing our reality. I also saw the importance of detaching or severing those chords in order to be free of the continuing psychic affects of that relationship. I performed a series of chord cutting exercises on myself to break the psychic bonds with my ex-narcissistic boyfriend. I could see how he would re-attach psychically even after six months of not seeing him. This would happen at my weakest moments when I was blaming myself or feeling down about myself in some way. In a sense I would invite the connection back because there was a part of me that wanted it. Unfortunately the psychic connection between myself and my ex-boyfriend was very unhealthy for me. It resulted in my feeling weak, disempowered, obsessive, sad, depressed, tired, and seeing myself as a failure. Severing the psychic chords would restore my power and sense of confidence in myself. I realized that through this psychic connection I was taking on everything he had always projected onto me. I was owning his stuff, allowing the dark, murky waters of his emotional reality to flow into my energy field, polluting my reality. When we severe the psychic hose that dumps the murky, toxic energy of an unconscious partner or former partner into our energy field, we can begin to see clear water once again. It was pretty clear that this narcissistic individual in my life needed to have someone to dump his repressed emotional toxicity onto in order to feel strong within himself. If he wasn't dumping on me he would be dumping on someone else. Once we disconnect those psychic, emotional chords the person who has been borrowing our energy will feel a difference and he may even know, on some level, that something has just happened and it has to do with you. Often the phone will ring, or we will get an email, or he may even show up at the door. This is a time we need to be particularly strong and keep our energy to ourselves. Sometimes we need to repeat the process of cutting the psychic chords several times in order to be completely free of the energy that is draining us. I believe that the process always works, even when we don't feel an immediate difference. The only reason it may not seem to work, for some, is that the they have become so accustomed to the murky energy of the psychic vampire in their life that they invite the chord to reattach. We get comfortable with what is familiar and if we have established a pattern with a narcissistic or emotional vampire we have to really understand how to break that connection and change the pattern. I spoke to a woman who once described the attachment like a grey cloud over her head and she was so used to this cloud that when it was gone she missed it and went seeking the cloud. It was as if having blue skies in her life was unfamiliar and somewhat uncomfortable. We get used to our dark clouds and aren't sure what to do when they are gone. It is the same reason that victims of abuse keep finding people to abuse them. It is familiar and comfortable. So when you cut those psychic chords you have to be ready and willing to embrace a change in your life. There will be something missing! But nature always moves in to fill a void in our lives. Be prepared to accept something better. Invite something better into your life. Invite love, light and positive energy. It may take a while to get used to how this feels in your energy field, but once you adapt to it, you will be glad you put out the invitation. |
Grounding - Root Yourself Into The Earth
There are resources and sustaining energies that are available to all of us when we align our bodies with the earth. Knowledgeable healers have an understanding of the great value of being grounded is to each of us in our overall health and well being. What is Meridian?
Our bodies, much like gardens, need love, nourishment, tending, and rest, to flourish. We flow through the seasons year after year, rarely giving thought to the natural course of things. The balance of the heavens, clouds, mountains, rains, and rivers are all part of nature's giving and taking, coming and going; much like the flow of blood, energy, and cell regeneration in our bodies.
Our physical bodies cycle through their own seasons. And with each new season comes a little dying, resting, rebirth, and growth. As a child, did you ever skin your knee and watch in wonder as the wound magically went through its healing cycle? Even more amazing was the seed that pushed its way through the moistened earth and turned into a tomato. It's all part of living, growing, and tending in nature's time and cycles.
In the natural world, disasters throw things out of balance, just like fever, pneumonia or cancer can wreak havoc on our bodies. Did you ever notice how nature begins healing? It's much like when as children we watched in amazement as our skinned knee repaired itself. Healing is part of nature's design, and although outside help sometimes moves the healing along, nature finds a way of regenerating life. Our bodies are much like this. It is our own inner ability to heal that does all the work.
Like rivers flowing through the landscape, MERIDIANS are channels for blood and chi that flow over the surface of our body. They form a network that connects all our organs and tissues. Like a river that transports nutrients and food to sustain life in the environment through which it flows, the meridians carry supply of vital energy to ensure the good health of our organs throughout our body.
When a blockage occurs in any of our meridians, there will be a disruption to the flow and balance within our body system and thus we become ill. Therefore, it's wise to practise preventive healthcare by taking care of our meridians to prevent any traffic jam along them.
Thanks to over 2500 years of methodical observation and empirical experience by the Chinese, and today's modern life science, we now know exactly how to care for our meridians and therefore our health. Meridian is an easy-to-learn method to do just that.
I will teach you how to stimulate selected acupressure points along major meridians to achieve tiptop balance, alleviate a wide range of everyday aches and pains, allergies, poor circulation, sleeplessness, and other chronic complaints. You can apply to the Meridian for the rest of your life.
Since 2004, we have been sharing passionately our method with over a thousand people in Singapore. We are happy to have contributed not only to the health and fitness of these participants, but also through them to touch the lives of their families members and friends. Many have enhanced their well-being and cultivated simple but highly effective preventive healthcare routines using Meridian. |

Psychic Abilities
Everyone has psychic ability; in fact, we all have psychic experiences daily. Being psychic is not about having some "woo-woo" abilities that one can only be born with. Many of us simply do not have the words or labels to identify what we are experiencing as "psychic experiences. " There are many myths that surround the ability to utilize our own psychic information. Many people feel and acknowledge that they have intuitive abilities. What they don't understand is that the only difference between being psychic and using your intuition is the level of trust you have that your intuition is correct. Trust is a major component when working with your psychic abilities. One must trust the information that is coming through - the feelings, the inner communication, the pictures and the "just knowing." By not trusting, you are in essence invalidating the information that is coming through to you from your higher self, your guides, and the universe. When I was a kid, there was a TV show called the Sixth Sense that was about a crime fighting psychic detective. During a typical episode, there would of course be a murder, and the psychic detective would be called in to help. This is where things got interesting to me. When the detective would walk into the crime scene, he would see the victim being murdered, or he would see them floating around the room trying to provide him with a piece of evidence. At times he would pick up an item like a piece of paper and have a precognitive flash where he would see someone driving a car off a cliff. I thought this was too cool. From that point onward, I started reading whatever books I could find on ESP, witchcraft (which was the only thing around in the '70's) and the paranormal. By the end of seventh grade, I knew that I had some kind of psychic ability, but I didn't know how to tap into it on a regular basis. My expectation was to see things floating around, to have these "experiences. " I figured that if I kept reading, I would have to become "enlightened. " By high school, I was turned on to tarot cards, and started performing readings for myself and friends. I thought for sure that I would become psychic by doing this. I was wrong. After many, many years of searching and studying, I found the Berkeley Psychic Institute, and thought, WOW, these people will teach me to be psychic. My first truly validated "psychic" experience occurred while I was in a beginning healing class, learning to perform aura healings. We were instructed to pay attention to anything came to mind while we were doing the healing, and told that we should mention it to the person we were working on. That day, I happened to be working on the instructor of the class. There was a lot of energy sitting in her aura around the back of her head. The next thing I knew, I was saying bill, bills, bills. The class assistant looked at me and informed me that the instructor had finished paying bills just before class started. I thought this was a good start, but I still couldn't control it. Needless to say, I immediately signed up and started in the clairvoyant program. The basis of the training was that you learned how to perform readings by working with the more experienced readers. As I sat with my eyes closed as instructed during my first real psychic reading, I waited for these things to start floating around the room. Well as you might imagine, this didn't happen. A couple of weeks later, I went to one of the school's psychic fairs. I was really nervous. I knew I wasn't psychic yet, and I wasn't sure what I was supposed to do at the fair. Fortunately, they had teamed me up with a more experienced reader. Our first client was a woman who had a question regarding her relationship with her husband. As the other psychic began speaking, in my mind's eye I was astonished because I was seeing everything she was talking about. After a while, I started to share with the client what I was seeing. The information was in essence the same, but it was from a different angle, from my perspective. When the reading was done, a light bulb went off in my head. "Oh...that's what you want us to do... I've been seeing stuff like that my entire life." No one had ever explained that this was the kind of "seeing" psychics experience when working on clairvoyant levels. It is in the mind's eye that you see things floating around the room, and it is here that you see the aura. I was ecstatic. Our psychic experiences are controlled by the chakras. The chakras are energy centers within the body. They are how we process information from the world around us. Chakras can be likened to the aperture of a camera, in that they have the ability to open and close as they process information. There are seven major chakras within the physical body that run along the spine. There are also chakras in the hands and feet as well as where median lines cross in the body as identified by acupuncture. Physiologically speaking, the major chakras are located where groups of nerves meet to form nerve centers. They are also related to the endocrine gland system, which includes the adrenal gland, thyroid and the pituitary gland. While there are seven major chakras of the body, we will only be discussing the chakras that control psychic information. Clairsentience Clairsentience is an ability of the second chakra; it is the ability to feel energy. The second chakra is located just below the belly button. The character Diana Troy on Star Trek, the Next Generation is an empath. Empath is another term for clairsentient. Diana feels things. On a more personal level, have you ever walked into a room and "felt" bad vibes, only to find out that an argument has just taken place? Or have you ever walked into a room that someone has just cleared, or where a healing has been performed, or where someone is in deep in meditation? You probably felt cleared, uplifted or that you were releasing energy and relaxing. You were processing that information through the second chakra. When you are feeling energy in this way, recognize that you are having a clairsentient experience. Clairaudience Clairaudience is an ability of the fifth chakra; it is the ability to hear information. The fifth chakra is located in the base of the throat, just below the voice box. Many think that our inner dialog is just an overactive brain. We are, however, always receiving information on clairaudient levels. For example, have you ever tried to figure out how to do something and had "a little birdie" tell you what you should do? This is your clairaudience at work. Clairvoyance Clairvoyance is the ability to see pictures in your mind's eye. It is controlled by the sixth chakra, which is sometimes referred to as the third eye. It is our ability to visualize, which should not be confused with our ability to trust or validate that what we are seeing. It is the most important tool you will use as you develop your clairvoyance. It is a tool we all use on a daily basis. Working with your visualization skills, flexing those visualization muscles, will make it easier for you to accept the information that comes in on psychic or clairvoyant levels. As you continue to read this paragraph, can you picture or visualize what your house looks like, or your car? Can you see your bedroom or your office at work? Can you see the vacation you took as a child or the face of your first love? Can you see all of these things in your mind's eye clearly, easily, effortlessly? This is the place that you go to visualize. It is also the place where you see things on a clairvoyant level. Knowing is an ability of the seventh chakra. It is the ability to just know stuff. The seventh chakra is located on the top or the crown of the head. When you work with information on knowing levels, you don't know how you know something, you just know. Since the seventh chakra sits on the top of the head, the body and the other chakras do not have the opportunity to process the information involved. You are saying something literally right off the top of your head. This is your knowing at work. As you validate each psychic experience you have, you may find that you experience one thing one time, and then you might have a completely different experience the next time. Trust that each of these experiences is true for you. Keep with your integrity. As you can see, working with your intuition is very experiential. It is not something that you can just read from a book. It is something that must be experienced first hand, validated, and then practiced and refined. Remember, we all have psychic experiences daily. What have you experienced today? Winson Lights and love, Attitude is contagious... Are your worth attracting? |

Awareness as A Lotus Flower
The lotus flower goes through many, many experiences. .. See awareness as a lotus flower. First awareness is a seed, and it's breaking out of the instinctive elements, the hard shell of the seed. But it's living right within the seed. It is dynamic life, at that very time, tuned in with the central source of energy. Then it breaks out and it becomes roots, and then awareness becomes a stem, becomes conscious of water all around it. Finally, the stem emerges above the water and awareness has leaves and a bud. It's still limited awareness, because it's not in its fullness. But as that awareness expands, it opens up into a beautiful lotus flower, then creates more seeds for more flowers. This is the path of awareness.
Become acquainted with the awareness, that one beautiful, pure element of the soul, your superconscious body, which is easily found and easily discovered by simply closing your eyes and opening them and saying "I'm aware," not necessarily of what you are aware of.Close your eyes. Say, "I am aware." Awareness is closely identified to the realms of sight--hearing, of course, too, but more predominantly sight. As awareness expands and as awareness contracts, we find that we have power over awareness. It merely becomes a tool. The underlying power of awareness is the blissful state of the spiritual body of man, pure consciousness, the central source of all energies in its blissful, calm state. Meditate on awareness being like a lotus flower."
Be a Lotus Flower.....
With Love and Lights....
So be it
